After years of struggling to find comfortable heels that look attractive, I've finally found my soul mates! These are comfortable right out of the box. I'm petite so I always wore at least a 3 inch heel. However, after a running injury and age, I just can't tolerate heels anymore. My feet swell and I get blisters so easily now. Not so with these! I'm wearing them at work for the first time after walking around the house a few days and my feet feel great at 2 o'clock in the afternoon! I'm a 7.5 normal width and that's what I ordered. They look like a heel, not like a "granny" shoe. The toe is longer and more pointy than in the picture, but it looks good. These are my miracle shoes - I could cry right now.

Very cute, sexy shoe! Wear a 13 so ordered the only size available (13 M). Length was fine but felt narrower and snugger than my other black pumps. Not to worry, they are staying and getting broke in (glad they're leather)! Love the pointed toes and lower heel. Thanks, Zappos for the super-quick delivery!

I needed these for a wedding ( bridesmaid) that required "silver shoes" Yup, it's a lavender dress. So I thought gosh darn I refuse to keep buying things I will never wear again and took a chance on these! They are actually perfect, and I will wear them again with their nice neutral shade of grey. I wear a size 12 but have a long skinny foot and these fit perfectly. So glad nine west carries 12's. Recommend for a good basic pump.

These just arrived and I'm thrilled. I took the advice of someone and downsized 1/2 size...mistake...at least for me. I'm usually an 8 and I got the 7 1/2, but I'm not about to let them out of my sight. I will break them in slowly and I'm sure they will conform to my foot. So sexy and not too high for this old pony.

So, these are great! I bought them for work and wore them for a 12 hour shift and did great in them. I will admit the heel is a bit narrow and I wound up with blisters on both feet in the exact spot--inner heel. However, this is par for the course for me. I almost always get a blister or two in a new pair of shoes. I waited 5 days for my feet to heal up and wore them for another 12 hour shift and they felt fantastic and are completely broken in. I have gotten SO many compliments. They look like a much more expensive shoe than they are. The heel height is perfect and looks great with slacks and even better with a skirt. I love these and highly recommend them.

Weird because I bought a the Pewter color (at department store) and they fit perfectly fine! Black was sold out at the store so I was happy to see it offered with Zappos. To my surprise, the black color shoe fit tight! Why is the black leather shoe a tighter fit in the same size? I wear a 13m, and it's so frustrating to expect the same fit in the same shoe and not have that happen.
